Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping

1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. (Except some countries and APO/FPO)
2. Orders processed timely after the payment verification.
3. We only ship to confirmed order addresses.
4. Service transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit time may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
5. If you have not received your order after 30 days from payment, please contact us at admin@gemprimal.com. We will trace your order and get back to you asap. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

Refunds

Non-returnable items:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date received. If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it will be considered used and we will not issue a refund or replacement.
To complete your return, we require the shipping tracking number and reason for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

Please first check with your bank, if you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@gemprimal.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your goods break down in the delivery, we’ll resend the goods or give you a full refund. You will need to show proof of the damage and contact us within 7 days to say if you would like a refund or an exchange for the same item, send us an email at admin@gemprimal.com.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
